TriCounty A junior at Peoria Notre Dame High School, Caitlin won the Class AA state cross country championship in November, setting a state-meet record of 16 minutes, 47 seconds over the three-mile course at Detweiller Park. Last spring, as a sophomore, she placed fourth in the 3200-meter run at the Class AA state track and field championships.
