TriCounty Shaun Livingston made the winning shot to give Central a basketball state title. The 6-foot-7 point guard averaged 14.1 points and 8.5 rebounds to earn fourth team Parade All-America honors as a junior before committing to play at Duke next season - if he doesn't jump to the NBA instead.

He excelled in sports at Limestone High School earning letters in 3 sports. His senior year, he played every down of the Limestone football season, led the basketball team in scoring and pitched the baseball team to the 1956 IHSA State Tournament. |
